Job Description
Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality nursing care within a patient care team.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to promote positive outcomes.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and communicate care plans.
Prioritize patient flow, deliver safe, effective care, and document assessments and interventions accurately.

Qualifications & Skills
Associate or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred.
Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills.
Commitment to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.
Additional Duties: Support performance improvement, adhere to policies, and contribute to a positive organizational culture.
