Rebecca Goldsetin,PhD, CMPP

Dr. Rebecca Goldstein is a PhD-trained research scientist with a passion for making complex cancer biology relatable and strategically relevant, with the goal of de-risking fast-paced programs so the best innovations become cures.
Over the past 15 years, she has had a unique career journey that has given her experience in over 30 different cancer types and across multiple diverse functions in drug development.
Prior to her current role as Executive Director of Alliance Product Development within the Commercial organization of Abeona Therapeutics, Rebecca was a Senior Principal in the Medical Affairs practice area of Envision Pharma Group's Strategic Consulting vertical, and she led the Scientific Strategy vertical of Envision Pharma's medical communications vertical, during which she also established and led Envision's oncology-focused consultancy.
Prior to that, Rebecca led a series of Marketing strategy and Medical Communications teams working on a series of blockbuster, multi-indication oncology products throughout their lifecycles. She holds a PhD in cell biology and immunology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Joseph Baldini brings over 20 years of experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformations for global public companies and is now applying that expertise full-time as the Chief Digital Officer at Oncology Voice Network. His career spans high-impact leadership roles where he has successfully scaled digital operations, modernized technology stacks, and delivered innovation at scale.
Previously, Joseph held executive roles at Tapestry, the parent company of Coach, Kate Spade, and Stuart Weitzman. As VP of Digital Technology & Operations, he led global modernization efforts across ERP, PIM, marketing systems, and omni-channel platforms, aligning digital strategy with business objectives. He also held senior technology positions at Kate Spade & Company, Fifth & Pacific, and eFashionSolutions, where he consistently drove innovation and digital growth.
Recognized for his contributions to digital innovation, Joseph is a recipient of multiple CIO and Webby Awards. His track record reflects a commitment to transformative leadership, customer-centric design, and scalable digital architecture—hallmarks of a forward-thinking executive driving real business impact.
