The Why

The Spark
The OVN community was launched in tandem with the Forbes-published book Voices of Oncology, edited by co-founders Drs. Kirk Shepard and Ramin Farhood. The book brings together 33 leading experts from pharma, biotech, pharma services, academia, and advocacy — and delivers a clear message: we need a better way to communicate, share best practices, exchange expertise, and collaborate across disciplines.
The call wasn't just for insight — it was for connection. A place where the oncology community could come together to move solutions forward, faster. The OVN virtual community provides just that place.
