Pediatric RN House Supervisor - Part Time

Role Overview: The House Supervisor manages patient care and hospital departments, providing administrative oversight 24/7. They act as a liaison between departments and administration, handle patient placement, staffing, and complaint resolution, and respond to special circumstances as the on-site leader.



Responsibilities Include





- Supervising staff through hiring, training, assigning work, and evaluating performance to meet operational goals
- Ensuring delivery of safe, appropriate patient care and responding effectively to clinical issues
- Supporting clinical development and monitoring staff compliance with regulatory standards
- Acting as a key communication link between administration and departments
- Participating in staffing, budget, and resource management to support departmental objectives





Qualifications





- RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree (Bachelor’s preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience with supervisory responsibilities (5-10 years preferred)
- Leadership skills, ability to manage staff, and strong communication abilities
