Neuro Interventional Radiology Technologist

Role Overview



Seeking a Neuro Interventional Radiologic Technologist to perform advanced diagnostic and therapeutic imaging procedures, including neuro and vascular interventions, cerebral angiography, aneurysm coilings, and embolizations. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, executing studies independently, and supporting complex procedures alongside a team of radiologists and healthcare professionals.



Responsibilities





- Perform diagnostic imaging with modalities such as fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and other advanced techniques.
- Assist in interventional procedures, ensuring patient safety and image quality.
- Maintain equipment and adhere to quality control standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development through programs like PDP and Radiology Leadership Development.





Qualifications & Skills





- Associate's Degree or Trade School Equivalency.
- Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)).
- Experience in radiology, including MRI, CT, or interventional procedures preferred but not required for new grads.
- Licenses and certifications such as IEMA, RTR, CT, MR, and others are valued.
- Strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and ability to work independently.
