Clinical Nurse - Pain Management

Role Overview: Provides comprehensive outpatient nursing care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established standards of care.



Key Responsibilities





- Promotes patient- and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs.
- Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in continuous professional development.
- Develops and documents individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families, and ensuring seamless communication across care settings.
- Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors.





Qualifications & Skills





- Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- RN licensure required.
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience, BSN/MSN, and experience in supervisory roles.
- Safety-conscious with the ability to work alertly in a clinical environment.
