Role And Responsibilities
Join a dedicated, community-focused Urology practice, providing a mix of inpatient and outpatient care at a medical center in Longview. The role involves delivering high-quality urological services, with opportunities to expand offerings to include complex procedures such as robotic prostatectomies, nephrectomies, and bladder resections on-site. The practice emphasizes growth, teamwork, and exceptional patient care, with a call schedule of 1:3. The facility features a state-of-the-art clinic and ASC with access to the Da Vinci Xi robot.
Qualifications And Skills
Candidates must be board-certified MD/DO with 1-2 years of post-residency experience. Ability and willingness to obtain licensure in Washington State are required.
Key Duties
• Provide comprehensive urological care in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Assist in expanding service offerings, including complex surgical procedures
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of patient care
Compensation And Benefits
Annual compensation is approximately $560,601, with productivity-based incentives available. Benefits include health, vision, dental, retirement plans, PTO, sign-on bonus up to $30,000, relocation assistance, and educational loan reimbursement.
