Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Oncology (PRN)

Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care within a collaborative healthcare team.

Responsibilities Include

Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to promote optimal outcomes.
Delivering safe, effective care according to policies and procedures.
Monitoring patient conditions, documenting assessments, and communicating changes.
Advocating for patients and families, addressing concerns, and providing health education.
Participating in performance improvement initiatives and supporting organizational goals.

Maintaining professional licenses, certifications, and pursuing ongoing development.
Supporting patient- and family-centered care to enhance satisfaction.

Qualifications

Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
Current RN licensure (single-state or multi-state compact).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, instructor certification preferred.
Minimum of one year nursing experience required for PRN roles.
