Job Description
Role: Clinical Nurse Manager for the Surgical Unit
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily clinical and operational activities to ensure safe, high-quality care for surgical patients.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, manage staffing and resources.
• Drive quality and safety initiatives across the unit.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and experience.
Qualifications & Skills
• Strong leadership and management abilities in a clinical setting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of surgical patient care and safety protocols.
• Ability to foster a supportive and inclusive work environment.
