Job Description
We are seeking an experienced RN specialized in Hospice Palliative Care for a travel position.
Requirements include a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
Perform 8-hour shifts totaling 40 hours per week.
Communicate clinical updates to support provider decision-making.
Conduct patient intake, assessments, and symptom screenings following protocols.
Coordinate care across providers to ensure continuity.
