Charge Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Oncology (Part Time)

Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care within a healthcare team.

Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; collaborate with team members; monitor patient conditions; develop care plans; ensure documentation; advocate for patients; support performance improvement initiatives; mentor colleagues; maintain professional competencies; and uphold confidentiality and safety standards.

Key Duties: Deliver safe, effective care; communicate with patients, families, and staff; contribute to patient satisfaction; participate in quality improvement efforts; and support organizational standards and policies.

Qualifications: Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred); valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact); and certifications in BLS.
