Role: RN Supervisor Oncology Community Outreach
Responsibilities
Lead nursing teams in delivering cancer education, prevention, and navigation services within the community.
Coordinate community screenings, patient outreach, and oncology support programs.
Ensure delivery of evidence-based, culturally competent care.
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with physicians and community partners to optimize patient care and outreach efforts.
Monitor and improve quality metrics related to oncology services.
Qualifications & Skills
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
Experience in oncology, community health, or related fields preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple programs and manage staff effectively.
Commitment to culturally competent, patient-centered care.
