Remote Imaging Analyst

Remote $24.50/hr (Non-Negotiable) MUST live within approximately 1 hour of Austin, TX

Insight Global is seeking a Medical Imaging Case Analyst to join a team that supports physicians, hospitals, and emergency care providers worldwide. In this role, you will use advanced software to create detailed
3D models of coronary arteries from cardiac CT scans, helping healthcare professionals better understand blood flow and patient outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with backgrounds in 3D modeling, animation, visualization, CAD, or digital design who have strong attention to detail and enjoy working with technology in a structured environment.

Responsibilities






- Interpret cardiac CT imaging data and create custom 3D computer models using proprietary software
- Perform detailed visual inspections to ensure model accuracy and image quality
- Follow established processes and quality standards in a highly regulated environment
- Document work accurately and maintain production quality expectations
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback on image interpretation and process improvements
- Test and provide feedback on software updates and new product features
- Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and productivity goals
- Troubleshoot issues and differentiate between software bugs and user errors


Required Qualifications


- Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or degree/certification in 3D Modeling, 3D Animation, or a related field
- Strong computer proficiency
- Experience with 3D software, modeling, animation, visualization, CAD, or similar tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and visual inspection abilities
- Prior remote work experience required


Preferred Qualifications


- Experience with medical imaging technologies
- Background in medical illustration, biomedical visualization, gaming, VFX, animation, or 3D design

- Must reside within approximately one hour of Austin, TX

- 30-minute Teams interview
- Spatial assessment
- One onsite interview (approximately 1 hour 15 minutes)
