About the Opportunity

We're seeking RF Systems Engineers to support advanced defense and communication systems programs. Whether you have
3 years or 15+ years of experience, we're looking for engineers with strong RF, antenna, and systems engineering expertise who are excited to work on mission-critical technology in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.





This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy working across the full system lifecycle, from requirements and design through integration, testing, and customer delivery.





What You'll Be Doing


- Design, develop, and integrate RF and antenna systems for advanced communications platforms.
- Support digital communication system development and implementation.
- Work directly with customers to understand requirements and solve complex technical challenges.
- Develop technical documentation, procedures, and engineering deliverables.
- Participate in system integration, installation, and testing activities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver high-performance solutions.






Required Qualifications


- Active Secret Clearance (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 3+ years of Systems Engineering experience with an RF, antenna, electrical, mechanical, or related engineering background.
- Strong understanding of RF systems and antenna design/integration.
- Experience with digital communication systems.
- Strong technical and procedural writing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a deliverable-driven engineering environment.
