Position: Sr. Benefits Finance Analyst
Plantation, FL
Pay Rate: $40-$52 Hourly Based on Experience

Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-5+ years of progressive experience in benefits finance, healthcare finance, actuarial consulting, compensation and benefits, financial planning and analysis, or a related field.
- Experience supporting employee benefit budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, or actuarial analysis.
- Experience analyzing healthcare, pharmacy, disability, or welfare plan financial data.
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, Power Query, financial modeling, reconciliation, and large-data analysis.
- Working knowledge of employee benefits regulations, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and Form 5500 reporting requirements.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business insights.
- Proven ability to influence decision-making and effectively partner with senior leaders, Finance, vendors, consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Day to Day:
The Sr. Benefits Finance Analyst is responsible for the financial management, analysis, forecasting, and governance of the Company's U.S. health and welfare benefit programs. The role partners with external actuaries, consultants, benefit vendors, and internal Finance organizations to develop forecasts, evaluate financial performance, monitor funding requirements, and identify emerging cost drivers.
The incumbent translates complex healthcare, pharmacy, actuarial, vendor, and financial data into actionable business insights that support budgeting, strategic decision-making, and long-term benefits planning. The role is responsible for benefit-related financial reporting, vendor financial management, invoice governance, budget reconciliation, and supporting regulatory and audit requirements.
Through strong analytical capabilities, financial oversight, and continuous process improvement, the Benefits Finance Analyst enables informed decision-making and supports the financial sustainability of the Company's employee benefit programs.
