Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Oncology (PRN)

Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care, collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes. Acts as a liaison between patients, families, and providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, develop and communicate care plans, deliver safe and effective care, maintain accurate documentation, advocate for patients, and participate in performance improvement initiatives. Support professional growth through ongoing education and mentorship to peers.

Qualifications & Skills: Associates, Bachelors, or Masters in Nursing preferred. Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and current BLS certification are required. At least one year of nursing experience is necessary for PRN roles. Strong communication, clinical judgment, teamwork, and commitment to confidentiality and safety are essential.
