Job Description
The role is for a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Oncology Float Pool at a major hospital.
Responsibilities include: providing high-quality nursing care across various specialties such as trauma, neurology, cardiology, orthopedics, and oncology; supervising and delegating tasks to team members; ensuring patient safety; utilizing evidence-based practices; and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
Qualifications: ASN or Nursing Diploma required; BLS and ACLS certifications; active New Jersey RN license; strong communication, organizational, and computer skills; preferred BSN (to be completed within 5 years) and 2-3 years of medical-surgical or oncology experience.

The position involves night shifts, with some weekend and holiday rotations, requiring the ability to prioritize and evaluate patient care outcomes.
