Registered Nurse Coordinator - Bone Marrow Transplant

Role Overview:

Qualifications & Skills:
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and at least 2 years of RN experience. Certifications in Chemotherapy and Biotherapy are needed within three months of hire, with Oncology Nursing Certification required after completing necessary hours. The position demands strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and staff.

Key Duties:
Includes managing the transplant process from screening to post-transplant care, overseeing quality management, reviewing policies, assisting with budget development, and supporting team education and development. The role emphasizes adherence to regulatory standards and active participation in quality control and improvement activities.
