Registered Nurse - Acute Care Oncology

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key communicator between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring a positive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Coordination: Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care planning, deliver safe care, and document assessments and interventions.
• Patient Advocacy & Satisfaction: Address patient concerns, educate patients and families, and promote patient- and family-centered care.
• Performance Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and support initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Professional Development & Leadership: Maintain licensure, participate in training, mentor peers, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications & Skills: Requires an Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree, valid RN license (single or multi-state), and BLS certification. Demonstrates professionalism, strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
