Job Description
Role: The Clinical Team Coordinator RN oversees nursing care delivery in a clinical environment, ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care.
Responsibilities: Supervises nursing staff, conducts performance evaluations, manages staffing and supplies, and facilitates communication among team members. Assists with policy development, promotes evidence-based practices, mentors staff, and ensures regulatory compliance. Handles patient and family concerns, documents incidents, and supports a collaborative, patient-centered care environment aligned with Magnet principles.
Qualifications & Skills: Enrollment in Bachelor's Nursing program or graduation from specialty training required, with preferred BSN. Critical thinking, decision-making, teamwork, and the ability to work calmly in stress situations are essential. Strong communication and leadership skills are necessary to coordinate care and foster a positive work environment.
Key Duties: Provide direct patient care, supervise staff, support professional growth, and participate in policy formulation. Ensure regulatory standards are met and resources are used efficiently. Engage in patient education, incident follow-up, and unit management to deliver optimal care.
