Job Description
Role: The Clinical Team Coordinator Registered Nurse oversees nursing care delivery on their assigned unit, ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care. They supervise staff, coordinate activities, and support improvements to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care and supervise assigned personnel, including orientation and performance management.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, supply orders, and patient triage.
• Address performance issues, communicate pertinent information, and support policy development.
• Promote evidence-based practices, mentor staff, and foster a participative environment.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, resource efficiency, and resolution of patient concerns.
• Assist with incident follow-up, documentation, and unit operations.
• Support Magnet principles, staff development, and teamwork.
Qualifications & Skills
• Current RN licensure and enrollment in or completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary activities and mentor staff.
Additional Details: Typical work hours are evening shifts with potential for weekend and holiday rotations. The role emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration, professional growth, and adherence to safety and organizational policies.
