Job Description
Role Overview: This position involves providing high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. The RN acts as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring safe and effective care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist in care planning and execute care plans with independent judgment.
Coordinate patient flow and prioritize actions to enhance patient experience and outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, care provided, and incidents.
Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and communicating information to relevant parties.
Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for enhancing care quality, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement.
Maintain professional licenses, pursue ongoing education, and stay current with industry best practices.
Mentor and support the growth of other nurses, fostering a positive work environment aligned with shared governance principles.
Qualifications & Skills
Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
Valid RN license and current certifications in BLS (Basic Life Support) and RN (single or multi-state compact).
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
