Registered Nurse - Acute Care Medical and Oncology Unit

Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care following established standards of practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
• Conduct assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Address patients' physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Coordinate discharge planning and patient education with interdisciplinary team members.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff, delegating tasks appropriately and adjusting care as needed.
• Promote teamwork, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
• Engage in unit decision-making and support organizational goals aligned with evidence-based practice.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program; ability to work collaboratively in a clinical environment; commitment to patient safety and quality improvement.
