Regional Float ED RN (Nights)

Join a Central Staffing Office as a Regional Float ED Registered Nurse (RN) and deliver high-quality, patient-centered emergency care across multiple hospitals in Missouri and Illinois.



Responsibilities Include





- Floating across 12 hospitals within the system, providing direct nursing care in Emergency Departments.
- Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care based on evidence-based practices.
- Collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans.
- Promoting patient safety, quality, and compliance while fostering a supportive work environment.
- Mentoring colleagues and applying leadership skills to enhance team effectiveness.
- Utilizing strong communication skills for collaborative decision-making and patient education.





Qualifications Include





- Minimum of 2+ years ED RN experience; trauma and float experience preferred.
- Current RN license in Missouri, ability to obtain Illinois license.
- Willingness to travel between facilities.
- Strong adaptability and confidence in nursing practice.
- Education: ADN, BSN, or MSN; TNCC certification preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
