Title: Project Manager

Setting: "Hybrid" (you will be remote unless in person activity at project site is required; client will match you up with local projects to the best of their ability to avoid long commutes)


- Client has multiple locations across PA/NJ/DE; must be able to come onsite as needed


Duration: 6-12mo contract, potential for extensions and/or conversion to FTE

Hourly Pay: flexible based on YOE, education, certs, and more. Starting at approx. $55/hr

Interview Process: 2-3 rounds

- Exposure to Epic (or similar enterprise EMRs) Revenue Cycle projects

Job Description:

We are seeking six experienced Project Managers to support a portfolio of healthcare IT initiatives spanning a variety of Epic clinical applications and Revenue Cycle projects. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced healthcare project leaders who understand the provider/health-system environment and can successfully manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of project management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a background working directly within a healthcare provider or health-system environment. Experience with Epic or Revenue Cycle is highly desirable; Epic certification and PMP certification are not required.





Key Responsibilities:


- Lead and manage multiple healthcare IT projects from initiation through completion.
- Manage approximately 5–6 projects concurrently within a large and active project portfolio.
- Partner with clinical, operational, IT, and business stakeholders to define project objectives, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Support projects involving Epic clinical applications and/or Revenue Cycle, including areas such as registration, patient accounting, and medical records.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, risks, issues, and action items.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure projects remain aligned with organizational priorities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including leadership.
- Identify risks and roadblocks and proactively develop solutions.
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented PMO environment.
- Help support organizational talent development and succession planning as appropriate.
