Nurse Practitioner - Hospice/Palliative Care

We are seeking a qualified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a comprehensive palliative care program in an academic inpatient setting.

The role involves delivering patient-centered care to adults with serious, chronic, or life-limiting illnesses, including symptom management, end-of-life discussions, and care planning.

The NP will collaborate within an interdisciplinary team of physicians, social workers, chaplains, case managers, and community hospice providers.

Qualifications include current certification, Arizona licensure, prescribing privileges, and experience in palliative, hospice, geriatrics, ICU, or oncology preferred.

Excellent communication, team skills, and dedication to quality care are essential.

The position offers a full-time, daytime schedule with no call or weekend duties.

The team provides inpatient and outpatient support across various specialized services, including ICU, transplant, and cancer care.
