Nurse - Minimally Invasive PCU Days

Join a dynamic 28-bed Minimally Invasive Progressive Care Unit (PCU) as a Clinical Nurse (RN), providing specialized care for post-operative and intermediate care patients, including bariatric, hernia repairs, mastectomies, and other minimally invasive procedures.



Role & Responsibilities





- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within nursing standards.
- Promote patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication.
- Develop and communicate individualized care plans, ensuring continuity across care settings.
- Conduct frequent assessments and monitor post-operative and tracheostomy patients, with occasional overflow cases.
- Participate in safety, quality, and professional development activities.





Qualifications & Skills





- Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Current RN license required; experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with leadership support.
