Role Overview

Seeking a Multidisciplinary ICU Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a newly established ICU department. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within established standards. The nurse will promote patient-centered care, educate families, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Collaboration with the interprofessional team and proactive communication of care plans are essential.

Responsibilities Include

• Providing comprehensive patient assessments and individualized care plans.
• Educating patients and families on illness management and post-discharge needs.
• Participating in safety and quality initiatives, professional development, and regulatory compliance.
• Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Required: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; RN license; at least two years of critical care experience preferred.
• Accepts ADN, BSN, or MSN candidates.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and two years of ICU experience.
