Job Description
Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician for a well-established outpatient practice in Fargo, ND.
Key responsibilities include: providing comprehensive internal medicine care within a team-based environment, participating in teaching opportunities with Internal Medicine Residency, and optional hospitalist coverage.
Compensation & Schedule: guaranteed minimum of $328,000 for two years, with a $100,000 retention bonus after four years. Flexibility in a 4- or 5-day schedule, with light call duties (1–2 weeknights/month + quarterly weekends).
Qualifications & Skills: BC/BE in Internal Medicine, strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
