Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient Pelvic Health

Role: Travel Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient pelvic health therapy.

Responsibilities: Evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, coordinate care, educate patients and families, document accurately, and adhere to legal and organizational standards. Participate in clinical education, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and ensure a safe workplace environment.

Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, active Ohio license, CPR certification, at least 1 year of outpatient experience, pelvic health certification or experience, strong communication and documentation skills, ability to follow regulatory guidelines. Experience in outpatient pelvic health therapy and clinical supervision is preferred.

Additional Duties: May involve float rotation, comprehensive patient evaluations, and active participation in professional growth activities.
