Role Overview



This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining equipment, and overseeing statistical data. Qualifications & Skills




- BSN with 2+ years of RN experience; preferred 5-10 years of experienceLeadership experience with no required supervisor experience, but preferred <2 years of supervisory experience
- Licensed RN



Key Duties





- Manage staff including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development
- Participate in staffing, budget adherence, and responding to operational changes
- Oversee patient care and documentation, ensuring interventions meet patients' needs
- Coordinate staff work schedules, payroll, and communication
- Ensure safety and compliance with policies
