Pay Rate: 120,000 - 140,000 / yr

A telecom company is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer III, (Windows & Virtualization) to join our enterprise infrastructure team supporting multiple datacenters and production environments. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining critical infrastructure platforms including virtualization, storage, compute, backup, and disaster recovery solutions. On a day-to-day basis, you'll manage and optimize Windows Server environments, virtualization clusters, storage systems, and datacenter technologies while collaborating closely with networking and security teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. You'll also serve as a senior technical resource for troubleshooting complex issues, evaluating emerging technologies, and driving infrastructure improvements that enhance performance, resiliency, and operational efficiency.





Required Skills:


- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6+ years of infrastructure engineering experience in enterprise environments
- Strong expertise with Windows Server administration and architecture
- Understanding of Active Directory admin and architecture
- Understanding of VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) solutions






Nice to have Skills:


- Knowledge of TCP/IP Networking fundamentals
- Experience with enterprise storage technologies and architectures
- Hands-on datacenter experience with servers, storage, and infrastructure hardware
