ICU Registered Nurse - Nights

Role Overview



This position involves providing direct patient care in an ICU setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, while promoting patient safety and quality standards. The nurse will develop personalized care plans, educate patients and families, and participate in professional development activities. The role offers opportunities for career advancement into leadership positions such as Charge Nurse or Team Lead.



Responsibilities





- Deliver patient- and family-centered care, including education on illness management and post-treatment needs.
- Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Develop and communicate comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to safety-sensitive protocols.





Qualifications & Skills





- RN license required; Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree minimum, Bachelor's preferred.
- ICU experience is mandatory; 2+ years of experience is preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
