Role Overview



The position involves leading healthcare transformation initiatives within a payer modernization organization. Responsibilities include developing and delivering technology-enabled healthcare strategies, managing high-performing cross-disciplinary teams, and demonstrating expertise in payer, provider, or PBM operations. The role emphasizes building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring quality project delivery through effective project management and issue resolution. Additionally, contributing to thought leadership and service offerings is expected.



Qualifications & Skills



Candidates should have at least eight years of consulting or executive experience in the health payer industry, with a strong understanding of healthcare reform, value-based care, medical management, and operational efficiency. A master’s degree is required. Proven experience in leading large transformation projects, managing complex budgets, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory issues is essential. Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills are necessary, along with the ability to build lasting relationships with senior clients. Willingness to travel up to 100% is expected. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
