Role Summary
This position is for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) responsible for providing anesthesia care in a high-quality, patient-centered hospital setting. The role involves
- delivering anesthesia during various medical and surgical procedures,
- participating in professional development,
- documenting patient care,
and
- ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities Include
- Pre-anesthesia assessments, reviewing lab results, and initiating anesthesia when appropriate.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including anesthesiologists and physicians.
- Providing direct patient care across diverse coverage areas such as operating rooms, outpatient centers, endoscopy labs, and imaging suites.
- Participating in call schedules with minimal overnight call requirements, taking call from home, and receiving guaranteed post-call days.
Qualifications And Skills
- Minimum education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- At least 2 years of experience or recent graduates with advanced sign-on bonuses are welcomed.
- Licenses & Certifications: RN and Certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
- Preferred: Master's Degree in Nursing.
