Clinical Nurse - Transplant

Role: Clinical Nurse specializing in Kidney/Liver Transplant Surgery, responsible for providing direct patient care in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities





- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within nursing standards.
- Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medication administration.
- Develop and document individualized care plans, ensuring effective communication across care teams.
- Participate in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; engage in professional development.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including physicians, pharmacists, dietitians, and social workers.





Qualifications & Skills





- Current RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred.
- New graduates and experienced RNs welcome; minimum 2 years of experience preferred.
- Strong assessment skills, critical thinking, and ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment.
