Clinical Nurse - Minimally Invasive PCU

Join a fast-paced 28-bed Minimally Invasive Progressive Care Unit (PCU), specializing in postoperative and intermediate care patients, including bariatric, hernia repairs, and other minimally invasive procedures.



Responsibilities Include





- Providing direct patient care, assessments, and evaluations based on nursing standards
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families
- Educating patients and families on post-treatment care, medication management, and recovery processes
- Promoting patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance
- Monitoring patients closely, including post-operative and occasional overflow medical patients





Qualifications





- RN license required
- High school diploma or associate's degree in nursing; bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience is not mandatory; new graduates are welcome
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices
