Role Overview
The Ambulatory Float Pool Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered outpatient care across diverse clinical settings, including specialty clinics and procedural areas. Responsibilities
- Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
- Participate in safety, quality, and compliance initiatives, along with professional development activities.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans collaboratively, ensuring clear communication across care teams.
- Assess and evaluate patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting their values and cultural backgrounds.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of a Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
- RN licensure required; 2+ years of experience preferred.
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and adaptability skills.
- Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a fast-paced environment.
