Clinical Nurse

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring adherence to nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care by educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Utilizes critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, developing and modifying individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team. Participates in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring constant alertness and safe work practices.



Qualifications: Requires a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree and RN licensure. No prior experience necessary; Bachelor's degree in nursing and two years of experience are preferred. Military experience is a plus.
