This position involves providing direct patient care in an acute care setting, primarily focusing on Med Surg and Peritoneal Dialysis, with training provided. The nurse will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring patient safety and quality standards are met. Qualifications & Skills
- Educational requirements: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Licensure: Current RN license.
- Experience: No prior experience required; two years preferred for advanced roles.
- Additional skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
