Schedule / Job Type
Contract (13 Weeks) Full-Time Days Monday – Friday Onsite

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing patient treatment plans
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility protocols and state regulations
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Wear a valid photo badge and present state or federal issued identification at the facility at all times


Required Qualifications

- Active New Mexico Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license
- Must be registered through a New Mexico caregivers account (agency requirement)
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
- Ability to commit to a 13-week contract with a 35-hour weekly guarantee


Preferred Experience / Skills

- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
