Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 5x8-hour shifts with a 0700–0800 start time
Key Responsibilities
• Set up and align patients using various imaging techniques to deliver radiation therapy treatments as prescribed
• Assess patient status during direct patient interaction and make appropriate referrals to members of the healthcare team
• Prepare for treatment delivery, including chart and film checks, room set-up, calculations, electronic medical record (MOSAIQ) review, and treatment calendar programming
• Perform patient set-up and CT scans for radiation therapy treatment planning purposes as needed
• Collaborate with fellow radiation therapists and team members to complete additional tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of Radiation Oncology experience
• Active ARRT (Radiation Therapy) certification required
• Active California Radiation Therapy Technologist (CA RTT) license required
• Current BLS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with Varian TrueBeam linear accelerator
• Experience with MOSAIQ electronic medical record system
