Contract 13 Weeks Days Sunday – Friday Onsite

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional improvement
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to coordinate patient care
- Maintain and present valid state or federal issued photo identification at the facility at all times


Required Qualifications

- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Ability to work a Sunday through Friday day shift schedule
- Must provide valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival and wear a visible photo badge throughout the assignment


Preferred Experience / Skills

- Prior contract or travel therapy experience
- Ability to adapt quickly to new facility environments and workflows
