Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Complete required clinical documentation in accordance with facility and credentialing standards
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions aligned with patient care plans
- Maintain compliance with all credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements throughout the assignment


Required Qualifications

- Active Physical Therapist license required; compact license accepted at start but permanent Pennsylvania licensure must be obtained promptly
- Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting required
- Must meet contract credentialing and QA requirements prior to assignment start
- Candidates who have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the last year are not eligible for this assignment


Preferred Experience / Skills

- Prior travel therapy experience in an outpatient setting
- Familiarity with outpatient documentation systems and workflows
