Contract Travel Days 13-Week Assignment Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients in an inpatient acute rehabilitation setting
- Deliver specialized rehabilitation for individuals recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, spinal cord injury, amputation, trauma, and orthopedic injury
- Develop and implement individualized, intensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's recovery goals
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the continuum of care
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maximize patient health, function, and quality of life


Required Qualifications

- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Texas
- Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
- Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation or acute care setting


Preferred Experience / Skills

- Prior experience in an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) environment
- Familiarity with CARF-accredited rehabilitation programs
- Experience treating neurological and stroke patient populations
