Key Responsibilities

- Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients on an acute inpatient rehabilitation unit
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in alignment with rehabilitation goals
- Document patient progress and clinical notes using Epic EMR
- Float PRN to the acute inpatient unit as needed to support census demands
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care


Required Qualifications

- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license eligible for practice in Illinois
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced inpatient rehabilitation environment
- Proficiency or ability to quickly learn Epic EMR


Preferred Experience / Skills

- Prior inpatient rehabilitation experience strongly preferred
- Experience floating to acute inpatient units
- Familiarity with Epic EMR in a hospital setting
