Occupational Therapist – Rehab OT (Travel)

Schedule / Job Type
Contract 13-Week Travel Assignment Days 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services within a rehabilitation setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs


Required Qualifications

- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of North Carolina or compact eligibility
- National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience
- Ability to work a day shift schedule (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)


Preferred Experience / Skills

- Prior experience in an acute care or inpatient rehabilitation environment
- Experience working within a high-volume or Level II trauma center setting
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
