Travel Nurse - Telemetry

We are seeking an experienced RN - Telemetry to join our team.

Requirements Include

• At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform focused patient reassessments and escalate concerns through appropriate channels
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately
• Assess patient status and respond to changes following clinical protocols
• Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and monitor post-procedure as needed

Role Specifics

• Work 36 hours weekly in 13-hour shifts
• Engage in patient monitoring and care for telemetry units
