Position: Territory Clinical Manager / Registered Nurse, Home Health
Role: Lead clinical operations within a designated home health territory, overseeing RNs and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise clinical staff, ensuring accurate patient assessments and effective care plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain quality metrics.
• Coordinate with physicians and pharmacies to support seamless patient care.

Qualifications & Skills
