Job Description
Role: Registered Nurse providing professional nursing care in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions, recognize deviations, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, record observations, delegate tasks, and collaborate as part of a team to achieve unit goals. Duties may vary by unit or shift.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Associate degree in nursing or higher (BSN required within 5 years)
• Current Illinois RN licensure
• CPR certification (BLS)
• ACLS and PALS within ninety days of start
• Critical thinking, strong assessment, delegation, and teamwork skills
Key Duties: Deliver safe, quality patient care by assessing and monitoring patients, documenting observations, and working within a multidisciplinary team.
